Otsego Health & Fitness employs 2 certified trainers to help our members meet their fitness needs. Our personal trainers help motivate you by designing individualized exercise routines to keep your training fresh, interesting, and fun, while teaching proper form and technique. They will work with you on measuring your strengths and weaknesses, setting personal fitness goals and provide you with feedback and accountability. Our personal trainers can also educate you in many other aspects of wellness, including general health, and nutrition guidelines.
So in conclusion, whether you are body building, training for a show, wanting to increase your stamina or just trying to get in better shape and lose those last 5 lbs, our personal trainers can help!
